NEWBORN SLEEP PROGRAM

• A private 60 minute telephone, video or in-home consultation.  Covering everything you need to know to get your newborn off to a great start with with easy to follow cyclical schedules for feeding, naps and bedtime that follow your newborn's natural rhythms and metabolism. 

• A detailed sleep plan.  The gentle, caring techniques in your sleep plan will teach you how to create an independent sleeper from very early days. Providing there are no medical or growth concerns, your baby should drop their night feeds all by themselves by 3-4 months and start sleeping through the night.

• 15-min follow-up phone call.  If you are following the sleep plan from the beginning then you will find your baby is developing wonderful independent sleep skills. You may find you have some questions though so we will schedule a telephone call within 2-4 weeks of the baby’s birth or  your consultation. ​

• Two follow-up e-mails.  You may email me on two occasions with any questions or concerns within the first 3 months of your baby’s birth or our consultation. After 3 months you can buy extra calls or email support at any time you need.

The total cost for the Package is £222 By Facetime/Zoom/Skype (Same cost for twins and multiples)

In person, face to face consultations, can be accommodated for an additional charge of £90

(Available within a 30 minute driving radius of Wimborne, Dorset). For further distances please enquire.

EXISTING CLIENTS

If you have already had a full consultation with me before you have the option of a written plan and instructional video without a further consultation for a fee of £111. You can always top up with follow up calls or emails at a later date.
